By Train:

1. From Tokyo:
   • Take the Hokuriku Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Nagano Station (approx. 1.5 hours).
   • From Nagano Station, board the Hakuba-bound Alpico bus, which takes approximately 1 hour and drops you off at Hakuba Station.
   • From Hakuba Station, it’s a 10-minute taxi ride to Tonbo House.
2. From Osaka or Kyoto:
   • Take the Tokaido Shinkansen to Nagoya Station and transfer to the Shinano Limited Express to Matsumoto Station.
   • From Matsumoto, transfer to the Oito Line train to Hakuba Station (approx. 2.5 hours).
   • From Hakuba Station, take a taxi to Tonbo House.
